bonematters is a small company based in Chester but covering the whole
of the UK and is run by me; Tracey Hunt, MSc Exercise and Nutrition
Science, BSc (HONS) and working with other specialists.
It all started back in 2006 after I finished my Masters Degree in Exercise &
Nutrition science. Back then the main focus was on bone density and
osteoporosis awareness events!
However, as my background was heavily routed in physiology and fitness I
didn’t want to simply just offer the bone density service.
I decided to use my background and offer a personal training and group
training service! I work with everyone from people needing help for
conditions such as Osteoporosis to the general fitness enthusiast right up
to sport specific training such martial arts competitors and polo players.
In 2017 I wanted to expand more so I completed a level 3 diploma in
Sports Massage. I passed with a merit and as well as offering a mobile
service set up my own studio in Pulford, Chester simply called, The Studio .
