The Studio
The Studio started in Pulford, Chester and was set up and run by Tracey and Glynis. However, it has now moved to Shrewsbury and now offers a mobile service too.
Tracey has been working in the fitness industry since 2001 where she qualified as a personal trainer whilst completing her degree in sports science.
She then went on to do a Masters Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and set up a small business called bonematters that travels around the UK running Osteoporosis Awareness Events to Universities, businesses and health clubs.
Alongside running bonematters Tracey also teaches exercise classes and offers personal training! In 2017, she decided to add on another service and offer Sports Massage!
She completed my course in September 2017 and passed with a merit. Her exercise qualifications, along with her degree and Masters degree, mean that, as well as helping injuries and ailments through sports massage, she can also provide the advice and guidance needed to see you all the way through recovery and back to full fitness.

Glynis runs the more relaxing treatments at The Studio!
She has always had a passion for beauty therapy and such…..she is practically the polar opposite to her daughter Tracey!
Being a fully qualified hairdresser, Glynis ran her own hair salon from 1977 until 1995 with her mother Eunice. When the time came for Eunice & Glynis to retire, Glynis continued on her own until she had a skiing accident that forced her to rethink.
As sad as she was to close down her hairdressing business, it gave her the opportunity to persue her other passion……
Beauty Therapy.
She gained many qualifications through City & Guilds and went on to work with various high end companies such as Clarins, Kanebo and La Prarie.
She gave up work in 2012 to care full time for her mother. Unfortunately, she lost her mother in October 2018 and decided to follow her advice and get back doing what she loves! Glynis is delighted to be working alongside her daughter offering the more relaxing treatments in the form of facials and relaxing hot stone massage
