Nutritional consultations would tie in with the MOT days.
 
Whilst listening to a group talk or lecture may give you lots of information, research suggests that people are unlikely to implement changes unless the information directly relates to them.
 
The idea behind nutritional consultations is that people would fill in a food diary for two days and email it to me.
 
I would then analyze the food diary and send back a report that highlights problem areas and also explain changes they can make to improve things like cholesterol, body composition, BMI and hip to waist ratio. I would then follow this up with a virtual ‘face to face’ where they can ask questions and we can discuss things in more detail.
 
This doesn’t need to be a set day.
 
People can simply do it via email and I aim to get their analysis and reportback to them within 7 days.
