Stress Reduction

There are many ways companies can tackle stress but over the years I
have been working in the industry I have found one of the best ways is
mini massage!

There wont be much data available for the company from these days
(unless you would like us to ask people to fill in questionnaires….but this
may increase stress again!) but they are a very easy and relatively cheap
way for companies to offer staff a ‘no strings attached feel good factor!’
We also advise people who suffer with stress and tension try and find
someone local to visit every 4 – 6 weeks for a massage.

By doing this they will improve their overall wellbeing by relaxing tense
muscles, helping with pain relief, alleviating depression, promoting better
sleep and improving circulation. All of these result in healthier, happier
and more productive employees!
There are numerous services we offer, and as with everything else, we
bring all equipment to you!

1.
15 minute desk massages
This can be done at their desk……or to make it more relaxing we could do
it in a separate room!
Sessions run for 5 hours and the day can be split into massages and also a
lunch time group desk stretch session so that people can reduce tension
themselves in-between massages.
A lot of research has shown that, for people who have a desk based job,
having just a monthly 15 minute massage on the neck and shoulders
greatly reduces stress, anxiety and depression as well as helping with
musculoskeletal issues. Ideally this would run each month but even three
times a year would help as it would encourage people to take some self
care away from work too.

2.
Eye Massages
This will need to be done in a room away from their desk.
Sessions run for 5 hours and we can see 16 people in a session
This is something that would mainly benefit people who do more than 4
hours per day at a computer. Again like the above it reduces stress,
anxiety and depression. Again, ideally this would run each month but even
three times a year would help.

3.
Massage Combo
If you wanted to run the desk massages and the eye massages in the
same session I can bring another therapist with me which will reduce the
cost.

4.
Back, Leg and Foot massages
This will need to be done in a room away from their desk.
Sessions run for 6 hours and I can see 10 people in a session
This is aimed at the employees who have the manual labour jobs. Regular
treatments to the lower back, legs and feet will reduce the risk of injuries
associated with the high level of activity these employees do.
